Omaxe The State

The recently opened commercial complex Omaxe The State Delhi is also well situated in Sector 19B Dwarka Delhi. The prestigious real estate developer Omaxe Group, which has a history of creating exquisite residential and commercial buildings throughout India, is spearheading the world-class commercial project. A sports club open to members will be part of this iconic commercial complex. The project distributed across a large area of 5040 acres of land.The sports club will have a minimum of 3000 members. The flagship commercial project will have a football stadium along with a retail area and sports complex. The magnificent retail center will support international standards for sports infrastructure.

Omaxe will construct and manage the nightclubs and sports arenas, and eventually,DDA will step in. A 99-year lease has been agreed for the recently developed business neighborhood of Omaxe. The realty development firm Omaxe dropped plans to construct a retail mall and sports complex in Dwarka named as The Omaxe Estates, the public capital of Dwarka, costing 2,100 crore rupees.

This (Plan Build Finance and Operate) project involving 50 sections of land was granted to the corporation by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA). Game facilities will be constructed both inside and outside. Along with the commercial portion, a massive cricket-football stadium is also under construction.
